Paul M. McNeill graduated summa cum
laude from Montclair State University
with a double major in Biology and
Chemistry. He entered Georgetown
University School of Medicine and
graduated in 1983 with his medical
degree.
Dr.
McNeill went on to Surgery Residency at
the Medical College of Virginiain
Richmond. He was elected to Alpha Omega
Alpha medical honor society and received
the I.A. Bigger surgical medal for his
teaching and clinical ability as a Chief
Resident in Surgery. He was then
accepted into the prestigious two year
Vascular Surgery Fellowship at MCV. The
Vascular Surgery Fellowship included one
year of research. He was Chief of
Vascular Surgery at Wright-Patterson
Medical Center in theUnited States Air
Force 1990-94. |
Dr. McNeill is one
of only 2000 surgeons in the US with board
certification in Vascular Surgery. Dr. McNeill
was elected by his peers as the top vascular
surgeon in his region of Maryland. He has been
elected a Fellow of the American College of
Surgeons and the American College of Phlebology.
He has held teaching appointments at Wright
State University in Ohio and the Uniform
Services University of Health Sciences in
Washington, DC.
Dr. McNeill has
over 18 years experience in vascular surgery and
the treatment of veins. He lectures extensively
on vein care across the country and hosts
visiting physicians for on site instruction.
Since 2003 Dr. McNeill has been the co-Director
of the highly regarded physician instructional
meeting Total Vein Care, a comprehensive
instructional course for practicing physicians.
He has personally trained over 1,000 physicians
in the optimal approach to vein care and is
regularly consulted by his peers on difficult
vein care issues. Dr. McNeill has conducted
numerous clinical research studies in vein
treatments, has been involved in the refinement
of endovenous treatments used worldwide and has
published numerous articles pertaining to
vascular surgery and vein care. He has
personally trained over 1,000 physicians
worldwide in vein care techniques and has
published numerous articles pertaining to
vascular surgery and vein care. |
