Dr. Dupont is a graduate of the Georgetown University School of Medicine. She completed her urology residency at the University of Wisconsin in Madison. She is board certified in urology, a fellow of the American College of Surgeons, a member of the American Urological Association and American Urogynecological Society. Dr. Dupont is also a recipient of the Ferdinand C. Valentine Fellowship and American Foundation of Urologic Disease (AFUD) awards. Washingtonian Magazine as well as Consumer's Checkbook Magazine have recently named Dr. Dupont one of the "Top Doctors" in the area. After residency, Dr. Dupont fulfilled her medical school scholarship commitment and served in the military. In addition to academic achievements, she received several medals of distinction for her wartime medical service in a MASH unit. Dr. Dupont then pursued additional postgraduate medical training. She completed fellowships at the University of Virginia in Neurology and at UCLA in Female Urology and Pelvic Reconstructive Surgery with a world-renowned surgeon. Upon return to the Washington, DC, metropolitan area, Dr. Dupont chose to establish her own private practice in northern Bethesda.
