The fact that Botox is made from the same toxin in botulism doesn't worry Perrone - millions have been safely treated. But, as CBS News Correspondent Sharyl Attkisson reports, something went wrong at one South Florida clinic. Investigators raided it after four people ended up in the hospital. They were injected with counterfeit Botox, paralyzing their entire bodies... "We've been working with the FDA over the last couple of years to detect and attempt to shut down unlicensed and unapproved products in the United States" Donna Perrone, 42, is getting "real" Botox injected.   (Photo: CBS)         Medical Spa Makeovers Gone Wrong   (CBS) The latest trend in personal beauty – botox – is injecting even more money into the $11 billion spa industry. "It's a war out there actually," says Ronda Howara, owner of a medical spa in Los Angeles where you can have your nails done, hair lasered off and face fixed - all in one visit. Howara's spa is supervised by a plastic surgeon, and the botox and lasers are only dispensed by nurses. But, as she tells CBS News Correspondent Sandra Hughes, that is not always the case... "Some say the problem with the medical spa industry is that their popularity has outpaced oversight."
